At Hilltop Car Sales, all vehicle sales are considered final. Due to the nature of pre-owned vehicle transactions, we do not offer returns or exchanges once a purchase is completed.
Exceptions:
A return may be considered only in the event that the vehicle was materially misrepresented in writing or advertising. In such cases, documentation must be provided and verified by our management team. If misrepresentation is confirmed, a resolution—including return or repair—will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
We strongly encourage all customers to:

- Review all vehicle details, including CARFAX and inspection reports
- Ask any questions before finalizing the sale
